Pantaloons (Inorbit Mall, Vadodara, Gujarat)

Nice place to buy clothes , but the staff is very skeptic.

Pantaloons store is having wide variety of ready-made clothes for all ages people. Store is quite big and many offers and discounts make shopping very attractive here. It is a must visit store in Inorbit Mall if you are looking to purchase clothes at a reasonable price. Ladies collection is very nice. Those looking for sports wear also should visit this store. The store is very well maintained and having good ambience.

Place with all type of ready-made varieties from kids to men and women. Occasionally best offering with discount.

This is a good multi brand store for buying apparels in Vadodara inOrbit mall. The store is spacious and there are ample trial rooms too. The cloths are also arranged by brands and easy to locate.
The billing need to be improved. There are always long wait time, extra charge for paper bags, a hassle to redeem points and finally, the store is not able to provide bills (only online bills) making it difficult to submit for reimbursement when required. Also alterations take long time.
Overall, the place is good for finding all brands together, making it easy to compare styles while buying.

I went to shop with family. And I ask about stool for my son to sit. And staff (Naznin) replied “No we don’t have any”. However I was exploring shop to find my best fit. And found stool there. Customer service is worst in pantaloons.

Customer service personal doesn't responded properly with my querry, and he just rudely cutted my phone call.

Went for shopping and can across those SCAM tables where the sign says buy one get one free.
Where we, as often customer believe the promotion, but it seems that products underneath are not on special and was charged double. (IT HAS TO BE WHOLE TABLE you numbwit)
On checkout, RUDE attendant told us THAT'S HOW IT IS without any decency to explain why.
Never shopping from SCAMtaloons again.

Thanks to Mr. Vishal Agrawal, he was really helpful during shopping for kids. Though he cannot speak, helped better than anyone else.
