Royal Handicraft

Worst place to buy kurtis from. They have an exceptional collection but the quality that we were expecting due to the price that was paid had not been fulfilled. They lack the spine to accept that they sold a faulty product and have the audacity to defend their actions. If you buy anything from this place, make sure you triple-check it.

Rude Staff!
After paying, we were just checking for any issue in the item we purchased. We found issue, so asked them to show another piece. Another item also had issue. Staff got irritated by this and accused us of why are we checking items in detail and finding the faults in it!!! That's so strange behaviour! Our intention was to purchase a good item we also paid the amount!

This is not expected from the Royal Handicraft staff! They are anyway too costly from other shops and still show this behaviour!

Worst experience!

At last they gave us refund instead of showing some sense in behaviour and show another items! They were not ready to accept the fault in their item!

I was a regular customer but not anymore!
