Good quality but bad service & worst staff

Went here for exchange for sizing issues and they didn't even allow to try multiple garments and it was like you can't try anymore. What the hell is this we purchased a product as a gift for someone and its not fitting well aren't we authorised to replace and pick our choice. Its totally shameful for such highly reputed brand that is not consumer friendly.

Rude behaviour from salesperson who was telling policy related to changing room and limited number of trials. Its not at all costumer friendly and doesn't look good on the Brand involved.

Worst place to buy clothes I had bought a pair of jeans for my kid worth rupees 4000 it got shredded after first wash this is how it looks like

Collection and staff both were excellent. Liked it very much

Very expensive though worth it as it provides best quality.
