It is a great mall where you can get things at affordable prices. It was a great experience there. I got many things at affordable prices which are much high priced at other malls. I liked it very much. And I will again visit there. I got everything what I planned to buy there with a affordable rate. Staff helped me to find the right product, helped much. Nice. Quality too is good. Overall I want to say It is a great, awesome, amazing mall.🙂☺️👍🏻

Worst customer service,and thier return policy is so weird and slow,beware of thier sales policy fraud.

Very bad customer behavior. I kept on asking and after just saying once they just ignored me as if I was not there. I kept on calling, one person picked up phone and continued talking.
You guys will close soon.

Worst customer service ever . I think they don't give proper training to the staff who are working there. They lack the normal behavior and etiquette. .

Worst clothing store in the entire Guwahati. Most of the clothes are dirty and looks like usable (yellow stain). Cash counter part is too slow. Staffs are clueless regarding the size of the clothes and also their behaviour are the worst. Customer satisfaction is zero. Strongly recommend not to buy or visit that store.

Price is very good, economic. But the some staff of the store specially from the Bill desk, located at R.G. Baruah road is very bad. Their manners to the customer is so rough. I got the bad experience 2 times. Specially today on 30/1/2022 at abut 6.30 pm the two bill desk person behave very bad so I left the item there without purchasejng. Maneger is also enjoying scene. I always use to visit the store for our regular outfits and others needs, but from today I decided to visit other stores. Owner is requested to check the matter.
