Small collection & sales persons are forcing to buy items, its irritating

One of our favourite shop in Silchar. Good collection and it maintains the same Westside standards. Ample parking space and it’s very tidy and clean.

Very unprofessional. They won't even allow students to enter.

Parking facility was very good.

Customer service was prompt and positive.
Price of the products are slightly on the higher side.

Worst experience...as im a prime member of westside they couldn't behave well,i purchased a product few days back and i had size issue and visited the store today for changing the product,the employees refused me to change my product by saying there's a smaller spot,even it is not visible, i said i haven't even tried the product Maybe it's in the product before my purchase,they said you should see before purchasing the product..what is this behavior
