Stuck in traffic for more than 2 hours at Mahape shilphata road at 3 am in the morning with my old parents . Called up helpline number but it was busy for long, then tried officer’s numbers, few didn’t picked up call, and one officer even told it was wrong number! NO RESPONSE AT ALL FROM ANYBODY! VERY PATHETIC!!!! HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!
