Dighalipukhuri Park

A very nice, green calm and cool place at the centre of the busy city to hang out with your loved ones, family or friends. Kids can enjoy different rides at the playing area. Adults can sit or hang around and have a good time together. There is a very minimal entry fee to the park. Boat ride is also available inside and the charges are extra according to the type of the boat.

It's beautiful, loved the boat ride . Even if you don't take the boat ride , there are serene spots with benches to just sit down and relax. I recommend take a boat man along , so that you can concentrate on all the beauty around. The peddle boats are fun too , gives you a great leg workout .
An awesome experience. If you hungry outside the place is a chat person who make amazing potato chat. The pooch puri was disappointing. Avoid the Kulfi too. The momos are decent .

Beautiful park at the heart of Guwahati city right beside the Bramhaputra river. Very well maintained and clean. The running trail is wide enough for 2 people to run side by side. Best place for people to walk or run in the morning. People also do yoga here for which there are many benches and sitting sheds all throughout the part at regular intervals.. Best thing you can also watch many birds which come to the lake in the middle of the park and there are many old trees which provides shade and fresh oxygen.

Beautiful park, the place is well maintained no spitting or garbage can be seen anywhere. The place is beautifully decorated with flowers and the lake looks stunning.
The entry fee to the ticket is ₹10 and to ride the boat you'll have to pay ₹30 for half an hour. Besides that the park is normally filled with college students, travellers and kids.
Would recommend visiting once.

The most important thing: If you're in Guwahati wondering where to visit and spend some beautiful time , then you can go and visit it.
It's more interesting in the evening.
It's a beautiful park with its own lake. It was an interesting outing for us in the evening. I had a very beautiful and memorable paddle boat ride with my dad, mom and sister.
The reflections of lights on the waters as you paddle through it is a sight to behold. Amazing experience to be honest.
Adjacent to it is a military museum or park.

Nice place to relax in the centre of the city!
A small portion of park has kids games too.
Boating available and is a relaxing activity.
There are 2 entrances. One has a restaurant just at the entrance.
Entry is rs 10 per adult and rs5 for children.
After dusk there are lot of mosquitoes. Recommended to do fogging.

Digholipukhri is a really nice place to spend time with friends, family or lover. It covers a very large area. Here there is a children's playground a park to stroll and one can also do boating. The ticket fee is 10 rupees and the boating fee is 30 rs per person. The area is very clean and tidy. It has a restaurant attached to it, so one can visit there also.

Very good place to spend some time. Children have very good time as lots of rides and games are there to play. The entry ticket is also very cheap. Rs 10 per person for adult and Rs5 for children. The people can also take an evening walk by the sides o f the pukhuri.
