Office is in the first floor. Long queues, insufficient staff, improper infrastructure. Only aadhaar enrollment office in the nearby area but only 40 forms are issued per day that to @7.00 am, which are over within half an hour or so. A

Every time there will be a mistake by officials , it may be a current bill payment ,water bill payment or it may be your tax payments I am damn sure that they will make blunder... I respect the initiative taken by govt but initiative failed in the implementation. In my case I went to them for current bill payment but they credited the amount to another ID .. Then I got a due bill from HESCOM ...

You get some of the services here, which is displayed in the photos uploaded. You can pay bills for water, electricity, and lot's more... but the staff working here don't know how to use all the facilities available here. They lack basic skills, some amount of training is required in terms of work and behaviour towards the customers as well in a polite manner.

No e stamp available here. You should go to another branch near Uday hostel.
