It's a good place. It's the main centre of munger KUSHAL YUVA PROGRAMME(KYP).
Students also file here for students credit card. Staff here is too co-operative. Positive environment.

Too much big space for several students and good behaviors of here's staffs & too much chairs for waiting and sittings for students and his/her guardians

Good place , very clean and peaceful environment. Just some of the staffs of Bihar government are not much helpful they manage their own business, some staffs are very helpful and polite. I personally found a man on the agreement counter was very helpful , very polite helping in each and every step.
The assistant manager and manager (officers) are very rude, they don't understand the problem of the people.

Such a very bad experience Bihar government allow staff for helping us but they will not respond if your are facing some problem or issues. I am trying to reach from past 4 month more that 300 calls to drcc because I am far from there I have only one way that's helpline number and drcc Munger service number but they are not responding .

Officer is good response but one application apply very long time. Total 18 counter & 18 officer.
