Kollangana Church is dedicated to St Thomas the Apostle. It came into existence in the year 1998. Fr Rithesh Rodrigues is the present parish priest. Church has 190 families. Church is 60 k.m away from mangalore and 7 k. M. Away from kasargod. People of the parish do agriculture, work in stone quarry. Parish has 8 wards with good leaders. There are many vacations in the families and most of them are serving as missionaries in distant place. Lot of devotion is found among people.
