Nando's Phoenix MarketCity

It is the smallest Nando's that I have visited till date. The food is good. But menu is limited. In alcoholic drinks only beer and wine are served. The service is fast. The ambience is okay. But sitting area is not very comfortable. Good restaurant to visit if you only want to enjoy chicken!

Wasn’t expecting too much when we decided to have a quick lunch at Nando’s but was pleasantly surprised. Service and taste was a lot better than my earlier experience years ago. Signature peri peri chicken was the best. Chicken wings were so-so. The super spicy sauce was not that spicy though tbh 😅Our host Prem was really kind and suggested what to try. The mocktails were good but sangria was not good at all. Overall a good experience. Will visit again!

Serves quality food. Portion would seems less w.r.t price but their menu has varied options/combos. Still adding service charge to their bills, hoping that changes sometime soon. You must taste their chicken., its actually good.

It was a weekday and a holiday so it was not crowded .. otherwise on weekends if you are not in by 12.15.. one will have to wait for a table..
Ok.. service is a little slow.. one will have to catch the eye of the attender to come over to your table.. but once order is placed the service from the flame to the table is pretty quick..
The portions might look small but the palate is very appetizing and filling.. and can easily leave you satisfied ..
I love it here as the menu is not never ending.. and one can easily make up one's mind as to what one would like to eat.
Staff are pleasant and courteous.
Good seating arrangement.. in and out. One will not bump into the next table while sliding in or out of the chair.

Been here today for lunch (18-dec-2022), and felt it was not good. I have visited Nando's in Sydney for 5 years, compared to them, this store is hardly good.
Portions are too small here, grill chicken not to Nando's standard. Over pricey menu. You also need to be careful with bill, they charge service charges and tax above the rate printed on menu. Staff don't understand English or local language, and find difficulty with Hindi. Suggest you know all details about menu and price before ordering. Nando's need to look into this store, they are cheating customers. They do not serve full chicken alone, you need order combo to get full chicken, which is ridiculous. We have better places in Bangalore at better price, quality and quantity. Please make effort to maintain Nando's standards and retain their reputation. This is not an honest place, you can easily avoid it, if you are looking for value for money.

Nando's has been our favourite and were absolutely glad to see the presence in bangalore. The taste is consistent, unfortunately the place is to small to sit and comfortably enjoy your meal. Secondly the plates served are quarter plates not suitable to dine and eat your meal.
I would also like to add, would be great if the staff stop staring...a little awkward...
Otherwise just fine...but food is awesome.

I went on 26th Jan with my family & to my utter surprise it was a very good experience.
The flavours of sauces, salsa dip , hummus were awesome. Freshly made & all the food taste yummy.
Try to go before 12.30pm otherwise it will be crowded & staffs are less to attend. Avoid peak hours or expect delay in service .
We had Corn on Con, Creamy Sauce Spicy Paneer Recipe & Pita Bread + Hummus , Patoto Wedges & it cost us around 1100-1200 . Overall nice experience.

The food was nice but the service was not up to the mark. Also the chicken wings were not like the typical Nando’s standard. Although the ambience was nice as we chose outdoor seating in phoenix mall and with all sounds going around it was pretty nice
