We had approached this firm for filing a response to an IT notice. They initially seemed helpful and asked for all relevant documents to be sent to them, which we promptly did. However, the person who got back seemed very incompetent and was unwilling to listen to our requirements. He even cut our call mid way and asked us not to call him anymore. This is very unprofessional and uncourteous! I wonder how this firm stays in business. Not at all recommended!
