I were came suktabari anchal to applying my cast certificate, but the babu said, need to make banshow talika(family details) with the signature of pradhan, when i came to Pradhan office peon said, thier is no fixed time of pradhan to come in office, therefore I were waited since 11 o' clock morning but still pradhan was not come, around 3:30 pm pradhan were come.. So the thing is they are not doing their job properly... There is no punctuality in their office time. I habe a very bad experiences over their. And they do regularly
