OPPO Flagship

Visited this store just for enquiry. Store is really beautiful and well decorated. Staff was also helpful in explaining the details. Only thing I did not like was only flagship devices were their for showcasing. Anyway, I never liked Oppo phones and had no intention of buying one but still, it would have been good if there were more options.

A very rude fellow sits here. I was really surprised there are such people in such big malls and showrooms. Doesn’t answer or give any verbal response, just shakes his head indicating ‘no’ and gets back to a mobile or pc screen. Doesn’t even get up and sits there without bothering if a customer wants to buy or needs something. Even when we clearly indicated that we came to buy, he’s hardly interested and just nods off. A complete failure and loss to whoever owns this store. Never bother visiting this store.

They called it the 'Flagship store'. Quite a store in terms of layout and design. You may get additional discount through several leading banks, or by purchase of Oppo smartphone vocuehrs on Paytm / other apps.

Most noncooperative and useless staff!! They just can’t provide information on the call politely!! Very Pathetic in terms customer service. Oppo wake up !!
