It was horrible as their wait time was too long, other telecom partner brands help resolve issues within minutes of arrival at their office center.

What the hell ..😡😡 rude staff . Specially the front desk guy . They are not even listning to customers.. worst customer care ever shame on jio. Want to give 0 rating

I went there to buy new battery for my jio Phone but they took 45 minutes for 5 minutes job otherwise everything was ok

Its not a jio store but a ordinary mobile shop, jio store is inside hall gate main bazar

Worst experience, nobody's on the reception. 15-20 minutes for just to wait the reception person.

Met two staff in this office. Both were great and professional. One is sunny and the other name missed out of my mind. But good 😊😊😊
