Avoid this place like plaugue a group of cheaters and looters
I visited this shop on 9th Feb 2019 to buy one plus 6T and one sale staff aproached me and sold ViVo V11 which I was not willing to buy but on his insists I bought the phone.
Once I started using it I noticed speakers are not working well Mike is also little disturbed looked like old phone sold as new one more over major applications are also not working on phone no notification coming up .

I visited shop again on 12th Feb and asked owner for check they checked and agreed notifications are not coming and phone is not responsive
I requested to take phone back and owner said they will deduct rs 5000 and gave me rs 19000 I bought same phone of 24k two days back and new phone not working ??

To my greatest surprise owner even told me that they can't provide me photocopy of bill because it's not a sale if it's not a sale why they are deducting money from me ?? I insisted and take copy of bill from these guys so that I can complaint in consumer court forum against these guys.

So avoid this shop if you don't want to get cheated.
