They're very much interested in taking money. They won't check product and say it's💯%genuine. No defects will be there. After forcing them they said first do billing then product will be checked. If product found faulty you've to go service centre by own convenience.

Buying an iPhone from iTech Patna was a very bad experience for me. selling of iphone 14 pro max in a suspicious manner, forcefully imposing Apple care plan, giving wrong information to the customer about warranty, indifferent / negative attitude of some staff towards the customer and considering themselves as oversmart, etc. have been the major problems here.

Crowded now a days, should be more co operative with customers . Staff busy in their own work and asking customers for do's and dont's of premises . Plz be a little flexible with customers and ask for their preferances . Apple is a brand that everyone knows but to explain the things is outmost important so please dont treat the customers as they are begging before you for a product......
