Booked appointment at 10, it's 13:04 and my old frail parents are stil waiting because doctor laal is busy entertaining bureaucracy. No system, no warning, no empathy, no organisation. Blatant disregard of patients' time over their own.

Dr. Lal is not only the best cardiologist but a great person as well. My father has been his patient since 10 years and he has worked with great empathy and care. He is always there whenever we need him. The way he handles any issue is commendable. He has been great support throughout. I can't thank him enough for taking care of my father like he does.
