Let me share my 7 hours experience with them.

Front office personnel were professional enough to describe the car care options available.

They have price range for small, medium and Luxury vehicles.

This place is good for foam car wash. The result was good and I have seen 4 car washes including my vehicle.

Recommend for polishing, waxing, sun screen protection, floor mat, and undercoating for rust protection. Rates were competitive.

My package includes the following
Claying 0/5 Not done.
Rubbing 2/5 Very few places applied using microfiber but if they applied using DA system it would have cleared scratches which are clear coat level.
Polishing 5/5 Good
Waxing 4/5 Only important places applied. Not even waiting for it to haze before removing extra wax. Need to be patience.

They did polishing and waxing. I have not seen claying and rubbing the entire body.

Machine policing removed swirls for about 75%.

The workforce is good but feel exhausted. They could have some more car detailing experts to fix clear coat safe scratches and do the claying process.

Spent around 9000 for CR 70 sun screen from 3m. Will update it's effectiveness after some month.

Rust protection undercoating was done. Looks good and they said two years warranty. Professionally done.

Expecting professional detailing experience. Need to improve.

I opted for both exterior and interior cleaning service just few days before the lock down was announced in March. Luckily there was a year end offer going for the services.
Pros :
Very professionally managed front office who explains perfectly about all the services.
Office and customer lounge was aesthetically designed with Coffee Day coffees and lots of automobile magazines.
Exterior cleaning was done upto the mark and to my satisfaction.
Cons :
Interior cleaning was totally disappointing and I couldn't find any difference after cleaning.
Though they claimed that roof couldn't be cleaned but to my surprise even the leather seats weren't cleaned properly.
Exterior cleaning can be easily done at any ABC cleaning services but the actual perfection can be seen only in the interiors.
Interior wasn't worth it at all.

I have bought a new Honda Amaze car. I have done Synthetic Ceramic Basic Coat, Sunfilm(CR70), Under body Anti-Rust Coating, Nomad Mats, Paint Protection Film and Acoustic Solution. I would recommend that to everyone who bought new car. Prefer 3M if your budget can accommodate. Job quality and finish is good and they are also providing warranty and guarantee upto 5yrs on products and services so please consider that while considering the cost. They also give bundle offer when your going for multiple services so don’t hesitate to ask for offers.

3M car care is one of the best car detailing store anywhere it's located. But unfortunately, the 3M car care store in Salem (NH) is of the below-average service store that I have visited ever. Store executives(Receptionist, Manager) will butter the customers with fake promises and unreliable services. Especially Mr. SIMBU, he is the worst ever store Manager in Salem 3M car care. He never responds properly if he has been asked for some queries and he never listens to customers requirements and instead he would try to convince visitors to spend a lot on unnecessary car accessories and detailing. If he has been called on phone for some service and queries, he would say that he will call again and inform but we can never get a call back. In this 3M store, we can never ask for customized car service as we prefer as per our needs. As per conversations with Mr.Simbu and Receptionists, they always says that, Technicians are not be available. Very disappointed with their services. The one who owned this 3M Store in Salem, should take appropriate actions regarding the customer service and store executives.

Have visited for windows sun film work. Made an appointment earlier by mobile and got delivered with the car well before the time. Good hospitalization with the staffs overall a good experience.

Done synthetic coating, sun film (CR70, RE70) and nomad mats for two of my cars. Works are done clean and in professional manner, staffs are friendly. Good discounts are given. I would highly recommend this place for car care.✌🏻 3️⃣🅼 ✌🏻
