5k car care, The worst ever car wash center i came across in last 6years of journey with my Honda Amaze. Not even looking into the stains during wash. While complaining they applied thinner (paint remover) to remove the stains (cello tape gum).

Recently 5k car care offers women's day special offer, I applied and went the service centre at 2:30PM yesterday, Associates told like it was a full rushday so it will take time please wait. Then I told them take your time, I will wait, I need my car to be very clean and then I left from there. Later, at 5:30PM 5k car care associate called me and told your car is ready. I went there at 6:30pm. When looking the car I was totally shocked, the car was just washed with foam and water seems no offers applied. The stains around the car are not removed. I noticed and complained to the supervisor and then the labours come with (paint remover) thinner, applied on it and started removing the gum stain. I was arguing them not apply the paint remover they not even listening my words and continuing removing it. I shouted hardly then only they stopped doing it. I suggest customers not to choose 5k car care it is totally waste of

Worst place please don't go there for any services. I came on 29th in the noon u people have not registered my name in your record is that my problem?. Your staffs responsibility I very poor they are least bothered about new customers that's why my name is not registered on your records I think.

I tried 5k car care vadalur branch for juz a car wash ! But their washing quality is at best ! They used vaccum cleaning and under carriage cleaning ! After the wash I came to know about annual maintaining coupon (AMC) , really that was so impressive . And I took AMC for my car , they done teflon coating nd interior cleaning.
