Very pathetic services and looting public money.

they are charging 699 rupees per month for small vehicle (alto,i10,kwid)
they are calming 15 dusting services in a month and 2 full services in a month but they are intentionally providing only 8 to 10 dusting services and 1 full services in a month.

if you bring this issue with them they are arguing with the customers and proving us wrong,

this is water less cleaning services :
no under body washing will be done (not use full in rainy days)
dusting will be done excluding the Tyre
in full service : only mat, dashboard cleaning will be done (not cleaning door, seats, trunk)

better to hire local cleaning boy

They took money for whole month did not provided full car cleaning as agreed upon. Very weird system, whatever they cant do is blamed on the system, their is no option in the system.

The company have not offered any extension for ten days, it was just a 2 servicing extension and for that as well I asked your person to settle in the ongoing month. Plus you have also not provided one full cleaning which was not taken in the previous month. You stopped the services and you were asking me to get renewed the plan from the back date, the dates for which I never received any services. The problem is, your SYSTEM I don know how it is, but its weird. I have never seen any subscription plan which will charge you for the services not received.
