not so customer friendly tone.
waited for much time as they said it's saturday but again so much of dust on outside..inquired about it said its bcs of concrete paving..if they are sure about it should not be promising of outside detailing.
interior was somewhat good but comparing other service shops..i would suggest to not go especially on weekends...👎🏼

I have washed my car yesterday (11/09/2022) at this place and the service extremely bad. They are literally cheating people by not washing the car properly. The place is in highlight basement and they don’t have proper trained people .Had even scratch on my vehicle because they have rubbed the surface without proper washing (Dust and soil contents are there , they are rubbing the surface along with this ) I will not provide my vehicle here any more

I Had seen many reviews that had been Negative reviews I have been using this wash for past 3-4 years I have 3 cars at my home Being a happy customer for past 3-4 years and still continuing .
I strongly oppose the persons who had written the review bad about this wash the one managing the wash will personally solve the issue of the customer by each car inspected one by one.
I stay here in Hilite for last 10 years after coming to this wash I never prefer to go or check for other car wash .

I gave my sedan for a wash (the one that costed INR 450/). I choose this place after seeing the 4+ stars review rating and I also have a place to spend time (Hilite mall that is) while waiting for the delivery. When I got the car back, I was really disappointed with the quality of service. The wind sheild and windows had more stains. There ware grease marks still on the bonnet. The inside still had some old leaves and sand that were there before cleaning. When I got the car back, there was already a coat of fine dust. They said that it got accumulated in the time the car was waiting for me to get picked up. To top it all, there were scratches and it was very painful to see them on my new car. And finally, I never got a bill for the service. They said I will a receipt for the money I paid over SMS but nothing yet even after a week. And the guy at the counter shows an attitute as if he is doing me a favour. I would never go to this place again.

Pros: can go to hilite mall while waiting for the cleaning.
Cons: bad job, unprofessional and not curteous, no receipt, scratches.

Many dirty spots uncleaned on the outside.
Interior cleaning is okay. No complaints.
But you don't pay 450 bucks to point out places on the car that isn't clean to be wiped off again.

Exterior cleaning quality is actually poor than if done by ourselves at home !! Pls take care @owner.

Perfect for people who would like to spend time @ mall and get their cars washed and cleaned up.
Pricing is average.
Good service.
Staff is doing a good job.

I had a delightful experience with these professionals and trust me, they know everything about caring a car, as they say it. The workers are extremely caring, they had even cleaned up the seats, and i had a high end experience here.
