I had availed their services for carwash. Did a very shoddy job with water marks and lines all over the body. I rated them 1, since they told they can do a better job next time only. Someone messaged me saying that this was their first 1 rating, pleaded me to revise, so that they don't lose their morale. He assured that his team will reach me and get the job done again. I revised. It's been two weeks, no clue of this person or his team.

This is one of the worst car servicing units in Cochin, Kerala. I ordered car cleaning on Sunday through Washmycar app. I was not able to book. After frantically trying to get in touch with the owner through call and whatsapp, I finally get a message that they are closed on Sunday. So I again booked for their service on 2nd May, Monday and booked a slot for 1630. I finished all my work and came home and cleared my car so that its easier for them to come and clean. I waited till 1615 but no calls were received to confirm my address. On checking my booking in the app, I found it to be cancelled. This was a shock for me as I was never informed that they are going to cancel for whatever reason they had. Then again I tried reaching the owner and he had no clue about it and stated that it was a mistake. I didn't just waste my day but had my day spoilt due to this issue. I would not recommend anyone to use their service ever as they are totally unreliable. In the current market scenario where there are so many competitors, it should have been the responsibility of this company to have been more competitive by providing the best possible service ever to customers. However, I was totally disappointed. Worst service company ever.
