Had a very bad experience with the new staff at the shop. Being coming here for years as it’s very close to my house. All I need was a quick wash, which I tried to convey the staff but didn’t head to my request and also did not tell me there will be a delay due to one of the pump not working. This issue kept me waiting for more than 15 mins where there was no work done on my car even though they could have done something. When asked about the same one of the new staff (supervisor/manager) got riddled up and came out raising his voice and also with rolled up sleeves which he showed he was ready to hit me. While this happened the rest of the staff pulled him away and the other staff explained to me the problem of the pump. All this could’ve have been done in a very civil way but no. Because of this incident they have lost one customer forever. If this goes on they will loose a lot more is what I think.

Superb service and cleaning but time consuiming. Even for body wash alone it took almost one hour, which is really not needed.
