Racers edge car spa

Very poor. Did not expect such unprofessional behaviour from Racers edge. They do not communicate respectfully. Do not pick up your call, nor show up when they're supposed to. Only expect payment way before time. Doesn't work that way.
Anyway I do not recommend them to anyone. They think they have too many customers and hence don't respect em. Wait till you start losing them. Sorry.

Worst experience and not a professional folks. Never try to give your vehicle for dent removal and repaint. Experienced a nightmare from these folks. Unfinished paintings and asked me to come next day. Later then they don't even considering my call to finish the work and giving me lame excuses. Visited them multiple times, they claim the owner is not there or they don't have the contact of owner.

Very very bad at giving respect to customers, using foun languages and abusive words I never recommend to anyone.

Good service and reasonably priced. I handed over the keys with some of my personal belongings and was not even there to see how the work was done. However, they did a very neat job and all my belongings were intact.

There was a KTM event which was being held on 27th Nov sunday at Shanti nagar. Upon my request the owner of this business place agreed to wrap my bike. Since he was busy in day he informed me to come around evening at around 8. To ensure to come or not i had started calling the owner from around 7. But even after calling multiple times the call was unanswered nor a whatsapp reply stating why was the call not answered. Even to this day not got a single text nor a call. Never expected this kind of response from the owner of the company..... It was not one customer lost but atleast 5-8 customers from the event would have come for this wrapping requirements...

I personally was very impressed with the car wash & the efficiency of the workers. Quite reasonable prices for both car & bike wash. I really wanted to rate this 5 star but I’m giving a 4 as few cleaner boys here refuse to speak or try to speak in Kannada with the customers & have no regret about it. Abruptly they ask the customers to talk in Hindi which is highly disrespectful for our mother tongue in our own place from migrators. I know it is dejected irony. However I would want the owner to please look into this & teach the staff basic communication of the local language before hiring them which avoids the service centre from getting into trouble from Kannada sangha organisations & activists.

Too costly .. 500/- for just car wash and for interior vacuuming they asked me to pay extra 50/- .. and service also not sooo great .. Ok ok

I have been washing my car here from 2-3 years.. no complain from my side.

The quality of cleaning is very good.
They use foam spary for applying the soap/shampoo
Use separate and clean clothes for the Tyres/Body and Glasses which will actually avoid lot of small scratches..

Work is neatly Done and workers are also give very good response.
