Cleanse Car

They are doing good service, if your okay with below points...
1. We have to adjust if they missed clean the car. It happen monthly twice or thrice
2. Interior cleaning we have to do once follow up
3. Car cleaning will happen but sometime it won't be on time
4. One Good thing is pricing and offers are reasonable

Have been using the service for past 6 months. Never felt the car was cleaned as per the process and presentations made. Windscreen is never cleaned. Days and days there is no cleaning at all. For me there is no cleaning done in past one week, no one is bothered..
All internal cleaning promises are fake. Not at all regular no quality aswell.
Pathetic customer support and negative star for their app. Would need to invest some months to find the right app.

Update: Changing the star rating as the customer care followed up, got the car cleaned properly even after the package expiry & assured that the previous manager was changed.

Totally worthless service. Initially it was working , now everything is defunct. Their teams need strong feedback regularly, their app takes the payment but doesn't update the record, the customer care no isn't working. The car doesn't get washed for weeks but no one cares. Simply horrible. And all this after staying a loyal customer for more than a year...
You are actually better off if you don't subscribe to their services.

they don't even deserve a single star rating here. I paid them for 3 months in advance and my Horrible experience began from the next day....Untrained, unprofessional, manner-less staff.. in first 10 days after taking package.. 3 days they dint turn up to clean.. they never cleaned on selected time.. and other days when they cleaned. it was so pathetic. a local cleaning guy will do a better job. I have kept raising complaints, they will just promise that give me one day,, one chance to fix things, but nothing would happen. I have taken videos as proofs with time stamps so that they cannot refute my claim. My car was full of dust & marks both inside and outside, just after half an hour of their so called vacuum cleaning & Water wash..

Also please dont fall for all the reviews you see on this site, one of the guy Sonu Singh is working with them, another guy has posted 10 different car pics? , what a gimmick..

One of the most shoddy experiences, both on ground as well as off it. I have rated them one star only because Google would not take my comments without it. Shoddy job with the cleaning of the outside of the car, oily wipe marks on the glass, dirt marks all over the car, in three weeks no interior cleaning was done, neither the tyres or the rims were cleaned, the pictures shared post cleaning is dark which gives a false impression, besides, there has been a day when the pictures were sent without the outside being cleaned, when confronted it was convenient for the executive to tell me that we would do it together with the interior cleaning. The customer care is an excellent team in support of their people who have been asking for last chance since last six days. The escalation is promised everyday and both the app and the message says the same without anything being done either by a callback or on the ground.

And by the way, even the Manager doesn't take calls or has the courtesy to call back.

I would not recommend their services to anyone ...

Enrolled for their cleaning service based on free demo. Paid for 6 months upfront .. only to realize how pathetic their service is. They claim water wash, Interior cleaning, grooming and what not .. all they do is touch the vehicle and go .. cleaning is done within 2 min .. I called customer care and informed them .. but it's of no use because ultimately cleaning is done by some local guys and they don't care about anything .. my sincere advice .. don't fall for this trap .. go for some local cleaning and be happy .. all of this is marketing gimmicks.. of no use at all ..

Horrible service. We have paid for the so called ‘Daily’ car cleaning service.. but it is only cleaned once a week. The tyres are always dirty even after cleaning. The supervisor only calls up when you complaint and makes false promises. The call centre support is hopeless. I am not sure why are they still continuing to run this company.
Request everyone to not subscribe to them.

Cleanse Car does not pay their employees. I worked hard and earned the company 9 lakhs but Auto Bricks Company did not pay my salary.
