Hired a car from this agency for a 5day tour. We were given a 7seater car in very good condition and the best thing about the whole trip was our driver. He was very professional, punctual and experienced. We had a very good and comfortable trip. Recently we booked 26seater bus also my cousin married purpose. Will recommend this agency to all my friends and family. Thanx for all nice service.

It is the most third grade and unprofessional rental car service. The owner Mr.Pritam is nothing but an incompetent forgetful liar. I booked a car for 26th Jan on 25th of Jan. He confirmed over phone he would provide the car. However on 26th Jan when I sent him the location he said no car was available and he could not send any car as he did not get any advance. The most shocking thing here is that he never asked for an advance and asked to pay the amount to the driver. In fact he did not share any payment details for the advance. Last moment he cancelled and was not apologetic at all. Pathetic service. Third class management. Will not recommend to anyone.

One of the worst car renting place, do multiple bookings beyond capacity (eg, for the same car & slot they will book 4 times) and then theyselect the best rate and cancels all other booking. Such a disgraceful service and behavior. They don't even have an entity (so you cant even lodge a complain against them). Fraud place!!!!!

The whole experience from contacting to hire vehicle to the completion of trip was a very pleasant one. We got the vehicle at a very reasonable price. Driver was also friendly.
