Hired a car from this agency for a two day trip to Shantiniketan and back on a very short notice. We were given a car in very good condition and the best thing about the whole trip was our driver, Mr. Monu. He was very professional, punctual and experienced. We had a very good and comfortable trip. Will recommend this agency to all my friends and family.

Hi Guys ! I recently opted the service and the service rendered by this agency was overall good and driver's behaviour is also very good. Most of all the person who co-ordinates, promptly responds to calls and is very co-operative. Her name is Madhushree. Please note that they charge fare on basis of garage to garage service.

Proper timing. Driver is good. Owner's behaviour is also very nice and owner is responsible.

On 27th.Feb,I had hired 2 vehicles from Kolkata car Hire company, one Toyato Innove and a dezire. I am extremely satisfied with their services. Cars were excellent, well maintaines clean. Drivers were outstanding . It was a really very satisfying experience . I strongly recommend this company.

Dirty cars (just as dirty/cluttered as their office), Drunk drivers to make matters worse. Insisted that their driver stays back at drop off location (out station) when the itinerary was confirmed before hand. Unnecessary Pestering & continuous calls in the name of confirming things and clarifying what had already been agreed upon prior. Example# 1. Hello madam d baby is throwing up in the bus.
Example # 2. Hello madam the driver wants to stay back at your destination to save fuel.
Example #3. Hello madam driver is waiting down!
Example #4. Madam Can you pls ask the guests to leave earlier than agreed upon as I have another booking on d same time.

Driver Mr. OM Car no.5907 showed up drunk and stinking of alcohol the 1st day, we let it pass as a one off and when the same was repeated the 2nd day & brought you our notice by our guests, the owners called insisting that he wasn’t drunk and decided to not continue the service which was paid for and confirmed in advance. They left us stranded just before our TAKI trip. Highly unprofessional lady who started accusing customers calling them liars/smokers etc.

Most importantly they ditch you in times of need. Try Jupiter travels or dynamic travels who arranged a car and a luxury bus for us in matter of an hour after listening to our plight that too in the same amount. Stay away from these guys for your sanity.

Got a "A"class service...Owners and drivers are very polite and enough reliable..proper timming... Hired car for various purpose like family functions, medical issues and every time they were very prompt at giving us the service..
