Registration process is more and time consuming. Delay in giving car. So if you are in a tight schedule to roam around means you have to plan to reach here one hour early than your delivery time keeping this registration process in mind. Another important point is they will fill fuel for vehicle before giving to us, check properly whether its completely full tank as they will insist to fill while we handover back to them.
But they maintained their vehicles in nice condition, we really enjoyed the trip.

A good franchise that provides. Nice cars at a reasonable rate and the quality of the vehicle is also good, but takes a lot of time to refund back the security deposit..takes a minimum of 8 days

Excellent service. Has a wide range of car options with 23 different vehicles. All this makes it the best car rental in India. They are very well maintained and give and amazing drive experience.

While I appreciate the thoroughness of intent, I have found it impossible to actually go ahead and book a car with MyChoize.
Their constant response to a customer blocker is 'sorry then we cannot offer you our service'.

I find it surprising, that each time I've tried to book their service, they actually come back with a response that I should not proceed.

Worst car rental service. The Hyderabad center is corrupt. They charge money for the lost parts of the car.

Karthick - one point of contact from Hyderabad misleads about the fitness of the car and charges money meaningless from customers deposits

Worst place to rent a car . They gave an old eon which was hardly in drivable state. The number plate was already loose which fell while driving on a flyover . We mentioned to them the number plate fell off but they charged us to get a new number plate .
These guys get their old cars repaired by customers.
Very rude staff with no ethics .

The car was an old car in a very dirty condition. I had opted for doorstep delivery and the car arrived 1 hr late and they were least concerned about my plans.
