They usually try changing your initially booked car (so that they can set you up with a rustbucket) and have really old and ill maintained cars, that will fall apart the moment you hit a bumpy road.
The manager is rude, and makes you stand in rain.

Very friendly towards customers. They will explain you every detail about the car and help you choose the car you need. I took Ameo and Punto and the maintainence was very good on both the cars.
Mr. Chaitanya guided me very well regarding the car availability. He even allowed me to test drive different models to get me the perfect car.
I am completely satisfied with the service but the only concern is the security deposit which is too heavy even for smaller cars. Compared to other companies which offer self drive cars , Driven deposit is too heavy.

Extremely unpleasant experience. Never ever get in here. Read down my experience:
We've booked a car from Myles cars and these guys are the car providers for them and also they rent cars at their site as well but the rental amount seems to be much higher than Myles. Due to that reason the way they treat Myles customers is too bad. Unnecessarily made us wait, while speaking on call with another customer who's trying to rent from them directly. Very irresponsible at service but charges high for minute damages or fuel.

In love with the ambience and too delicious food

No issues with the car I rented & no issues with the payments but Pathetic & Rude customer service by Srinivas . Chaitanya at B-Dubs location was very helpful and I liked Chaitanya's service. I hope Driven management reads this review & trains their employees how to deal with customers in a polite and professional way. I am not renting here again. They also charged me 2.5K for a broken (lose) spiler.

Unprofessional staff , even if you are a regular customer no matter to them only money matters. No exception / discount even their car is breakdown in the middle of the trip. I got replaced with lots of discussion with customer care but charged for the waiting time also which is approximately more than 8 hours. It’s a terrible evening until I got replacement vehicle. Me and my family struck in a area where no food , no water and no transportation. But it doesn’t matter to these guys and such a negligence showed by the customer care while seeking for help. Along with this I also paid 500/- as a tip to the vehicle replacement staff on demand.

Absolutely atrocious attitude in running this business. Do not post services if you won't be available to deliver. Been trying for 3 weeks to reach now
