Zoomcar Self drive car rental- Jagatpura Parking Lot

I booked Tata Tiago from 01:00 AM, 21 Apr to 11:30 PM, 21 Apr
Car was very Dirty, from Outside as well as Inside. Floor mats were flooded with sand, some type of stinky liquid (probably alcohol) was there in cup holders, wrappers of tobbaco were swimming inside that liquid, and due to which whole car was smelling bad. AC of car was not at all working, we were burning like hell in sun. Rear left window was not opening completely
After we cleaned up car ourselves from inside, we started journey but faced lot of problems because AC was not at all cooling,
After completing my trip
I parked the car at location and I forgot my Bike keys in Car
Car was locked now through app
And I dont have any idea what to do
It is a set of 5 keys which is very important for me
I searched customer care number everywhere but I didn't found that so finally I mailed them, but no response, no call back, I mailed them again and Again and still waiting for a callback from them, they are not responding my complaint, I am feeling helpless, Those set of keys is very important for me and they are not making any contact. I think they are just concerned with you till you pay for the trip after that they forget what u need what not
Zoomcar has a very good reputation and I always preferred everyone to use zoomcar, Infact I was going to be frequent customer of zoomcar. I had already booked a 5 days trip in may with zoomcar all payments paid
But now zoomcar is forcing me to change my mindset.

The only problem is they have no other location of parking those cars, I travelled 25 Kms to pickup the car and then dropped it their only and then again travelled 25 Kms.
Any way Zoomcar is best and as far as i know only way to get cars at affordable prices unlike "revv"
Take car drive wherever you want and drop the car that's all

Booked car a week in advance for Jaipur. An hour after the car was supposed to delivered zoomcar couldn't arrange for one. And customer service couldn't care less. On Booking car, making payment, verifying licences, there is no guarantee you will get one.. Nor will someone inform you in advance. Atleast have the courtesy to let a customer know in advance, lest they get stranded without mode of transport in a different city.

PLEASE DON’T RELY on zoom car in jaipur, they are the worst.We had booked Brezza two weeks (for 5 people majorly for boot space), after we arrived in Jaipur airport they informed us about change of car which had less boot space which caused us major inconvenience, and CAR BROKE down during the course and when we contacted them they were RUDE and VERY UNHELPFUL , we had to google for customer care and we finally contacted Bangalore help and support who was a little helpful. Please do not book zoom car.

Booked a ride 15days in advance. On the day of journey, which was to start at 7am, I got a message from zoomcar early morning that car is not available. I had a trip planned and all my itinerary in Jaipur and was in no position to let a day go off. I called zoomcar customer service and they said they can't arrange any car for me. I then had to book ola with driver because I was out of options because of this last minute change. I think they don't have any cars in Jaipur or these cars are not maintained at all, hence they have a reason that the car met an accident and not available. I had my doubts about this since the booking but I decided to trust zoomcar. Extremely disappointed... Won't recommended zoomcar, it'll ruin your trip!

I have booked a car in Jaipur. I'm trying to call customer care since one week. There's no response from them. I want to know about my booking status and all. Can I get the Jaipur branch contact number ?
