We hired their sixty rent service for local Jaipur sightseeing and 2 day Agra trip.Excellent Service! The cab driver is very well behaved and punctual! Hassle free service! No unnecessary calls and drama while waiting for you after they have dropped you some place! You can take your own time ,they don’t disturb you.Very comfortable.Also they do not charge one extra penny than what is decided before you book their services!! Highly recommended

I hired Swift Dzire for exploring Jaipur with family. Well maintained and good condition car, and faced no issues during entire 3 days period. Rates were quite low compared to other online services like zoomcar and mychoice car. Highly recommended.

Worst experience ever. Firstly got a faulty car with door lock issues which owner blamed on us. Later also faced issues related to tire and overall maintainence of the car. Also you dont get the security immidiately(you get it after 24hrs) In case you are a tourist this can be a big disadvantage for you.

So, I travelled to Rajasthan from Bangalore, during these holidays, and decided to drive around by myself. Since this place had a whole lot of good reviews, I called them up to book a car for 10 days. Very clear conversations; clear terms and conditions; and transparent payments and refund systems. After some negotiations, fixed the price.

The car was delivered to the hotel at around 5 pm where we were staying in Jaipur, at no extra cost. We were to leave early next morning. We found that the wipers were not cleaning the windscreen very well. We also found that one passenger window wasn't rolling up, nor down; it was just stuck in the middle. So I called Sixt and was told that this happens in cold weather; but I insisted that it be repaired - we were opposite a bazaar when this happened. Meanwhile, the battery died and the car wouldn't start either!

I was really disappointed and asked them to replace the car with a better one.

Lokesh and Riyaz arrived within 30 minutes from their offices, sprayed the rubber beading on all windows to release these glasses, replaced the battery, no questions asked. They also helped us get a tank full of diesel, and on Tonk Road, and replaced the wipers with brand new ones.

Sachin was very helpful when, at one Toll Gate, the FastTag ran out of currency. He loaded the account within 15 minutes, while we had some chai, and we were off again.

Things can go wrong. Not every owner maintains the cars well. It was also festival season, so Sixt may not have had time to check everything properly.

The speed at which, and the way in which, issues are resolved make all the difference. We had no further trouble during our 1,300 kms journey through Rajasthan. These folks were available 24x7 on phones to address any issues that we faced, and give us much needed suggestions on the go. Very pleasant experience.

I only wish these guys keep some cotton cloth with which users can wipe the windshield, especially in winter, and generally clean the car, when required.

I got my refund of the security deposit, after adjusting Toll paid on FastTag, even as I reached home in Bangalore. No issues whatsoever, here. Refund within 24 hours, as promised.
