Worst Cab services, booked cab for Nal airport driver refused to drop and asked to book rental instead.

Booked ola again from Nal to bikaner city. Cab was cancelled last min without any prior notice which left us stranded in middle of nowhere.

Will not recommend ola cabs.

I booked a cab sometime back to reach the railway station for a night train and ola confirmed it. However, I kept waiting for the can which did not arrive and 10 minutes after the scheduled time, my booking just did not show in the booked rides. I almost missed my train and had to wake up my neighbours for help. Absolutely unreliable.

Pathetic service. There no update or driver details 10 min before and also there is no point of contact. I was in dilemma whether go for other options. Bad service.

Now they are replying that it is pan india policy.. ha ha ha .. this is worst part of them. I do understand that in small city like bikaner it is sometimes not possible to arrange cab. But where is your point of contact. You are having computer generated messages which is worthless... At least some one from your side confirm us that the cab cannot be arranged.
