Jag Cab | Self Drive Car Rental

I had worst experience with these people. I've booked an EcoSport through RIDEINSTA app. Unfortunately Jag Cab is the vendor of the car. They gave me a car with the clutch problem which I intimated to the driver who dropped the car at the time of pickup of the car further head lights were faulty (only high beam was working) which he knew before delivery and never warned me about it. After three days the clutch plates broke down. Me and my family were stranded on the road. The response and support of the RIDEINSTA and JAG CAB are not ideal. They didn't provide me any alternate vehicle. I lost two days of my tour and all hotel bookings were wasted. Initially they said they'll refund the amount as the damage was not accidental but due to normal wear and tear. But at the time of dropping the vehicle at the airport they made big fuss and accussed me of abusing the car and they never returned the security deposit.. I asked them whether the clutch plates were replaced earlier as the vehicle was already done 65000 kms and show me the bill. They forwarded me the bill of replacement of clutch to another vehicle.

These people are absolutely looters.
They cheat you.
They exploit your situation being in out station with family.

And most of the people who gave 5star rating here never gave any other reviews suggesting those are fake reviews.

It was such a headache to get my security amount! Car provided was also had too many scratches and dents. They wrongly claimed that the kilometers driven were exceeding. While i drove max 100km within the city, they claimed 800km. Such a pain. Better go for a reputed name to get better service.

I don't know why people giving them 4 or 5 star. I have worst experience with them couple of times. Both time they have taken money for booking and when i went there hub to pick up they said car is not available for rent in the middle of night, irrespective telephonic conversation that i will get the car for pick up. How is it possible that both time same thing happened with me. It is not end here, when i call them for refund my money they picked up my call only for the first time and said they will go through it and refund my money. After that they never picked up call. When i called from another number they picked up and said money will be refund by today 5 pm, but that 5 pm came after 3 days. After tons of call and WhatsApp messages they refund my after 6 days. So i am giving only 1 star. I hope this will help you for you future trip planning.

I was booked a car ( Maruti Brezza) from Jag Cab for my Bachelor's Trip to Manali and Atal Tunnel.

Pros :-
1. Geniune Rates.
2. Variety of cars.
3. 24/7 hr. Service.
4. Unlimited kms facility available.
5. Property Maintained cars.

Cons.
1. Security issues.
2. Not giving the original RC.
3. Cars are not properly cleaned.

My overall experience is great with Jag Cab. Staff members are polite and friendly nature. They give you some discounts at the time of booking. Payment method are easy.

Was suspicious at first due to high review rating. First time used this company. Travelled to airport safely and arrived on time. Nice and clean car.
