The location is in the open parking of Prakash Talkies. It's less known place there. That is why I decided to add the correct GPS location for others benefit. The zoomcar guy was in hurry when giving the car and wanted me to check everything is fine with car even when there were many scratches. I anyways took my time to check all scratches carefully.

Such a big corporate and chosing a worst place like this for it operation reveals its 'chal koi nai' jugad mentality. Place is worse and would even break the axle of the car. It would have been better if it was near to Airport or in thr airport itself.

If I can give them zero stars I would. The service was pathetic, the car they gave me was not safe. The valves were broken on two tires and when the person dropped the car off he assured me that the car was perfectly good. The broken valve resulted in a tire puncture which I had to pay 500 rupees for. I called the call centre for support and the agent assured me a refund for a day but I still haven’t gotten it. I want my refund for the tire puncture and my whole day that was wasted.
