Ok service, some car condition is very bad & music system is old type not Bluetooth system

Worst app ever they will charge you unnecesary amount for extra hpurs without even informing you about the same. They have no procedure and there main concern is to deduct unnecessary amount from your deposit. I have been charged 1500 bucks for extra 2 hours 30 min . Worst app ever they have no policies and just try to loot the money of their customers. Highly dissatisfied with them and will never use their service again. Looters

Very Bad services.Car location provided to me by zoom car app was wrong.After 1 hour I found a car in omaxe plaza but didn't unlock.i waited for about 40 min but no help.after wasting my 2-3 hours I decided to hire a private taxi services. I was charged a full amount.

Cancelled my booking on their own and charged me cancellation fee, after complaining also they don't listen. Worst customer service.

Worst experience, no customer number, there is no way to contact zoom car in case you need any assistance.
