Very nice service in reasonable charge. Highly professional and punctual.. you just have to call them, the car will come for your service. You dont have to worry about anything else

The company is based at Puri, I was in a visit with family to Puri, Chilika and Bhubaneswar for three days ( 14 Jan 2021 to 16 Jan 2021). The chauffer Mithun Da was with us for complete three days starting from Picking up from Puri Station to dropping at Puri Station. I was provided with a new Honda Amaze for me, my wife and daughter. The condition of the car was fine. The chauffer was all always on time. Overall the service I received was amazing. Hats off to you and Mithun Da. Charge was very reasonable. Highly recommended.

Let's start with the interaction. They record your call without your knowledge/consent. They probably do it so they can refer this to you later if any agreement issues arise. I don't really have an issue with it. But they should let the customer know they are doing it prior else it looks very creepy.

Secondly make the travelling distance and fare clear with them with terms and conditions for example will it be Rs/km basis or will be a fixed charge for certain places like BBSR or it would be based on overall time of the travel. Because for the most part they will try to rip you off by charging you more just like any other local businesses here. Don't go by the reviews you see on Google. Most of them could be paid or by their friends/relatives/well wishers. In my case they told me there will be a fixed charge for the place I was travelling and it will not be Rs/km basis as that's applicable for 300 kms or more. If you end up spending more than 8-9 hrs, they charge extra. Also they said if I go few more places within the city, they might charge extra 100-200 Rs at the extreme case.
Anyways they did not agree to what was discussed over the call and charged me more than that was agreed up on.

At the end I will just mention and repeat one thing, don't go by the google reviews. They are like any other creepy local untrustworthy businesses. Find someone better because at the end of the day you just want a happy ending.

My best friend ,my gf and me enjoyed the trip. The ertiga was new and clean ,driver mithun is a excellent driver he drives the car perfectly and very carefully through the valleys of kapilash and saptasajya .

Myself and my spouse visited Bhubaneswar, Puri and surrounding places. We engaged cab from Car for Hire Travels of Sri Umakanta's. Great service they have given. Very reasonable cost, best cars and drivers. In my future visits also i prefer to cars from them only.
