Never rent a car with them. I have paid advance for i10 (hatchback). But they sent me i20 and asked for 1k extra as i10 car had some issues. I had to pay extra due to their problems.
The worst part came when I returned the car. There was a minor scratch (size of 5 rupee coin) on the front side of the bumper. The company person claims that according to the company policy the cost for any minor damage is Rs. 5000/-. I was shocked. It doesn't even cost 500 to get that scratch fixed. After so much arguing, I had to let go off the 2000 security deposit. While returning, we had to go through lot of stress as we were running out of time to board the flight.
At any cost please avoid this company.

Horrible after hire service. Returned the car washed and clean. Was supposed to get the refund on 12 June it's now crossing into nearly four months. I paid an extra amount as the online payment seemed to have failed. No point in doing this, I finally have made so many calls sent emails. To no end. Worst experience ever. Anurag; Hrudanand and team kept promising refund in some time. Looks like it will never come.

We arrived in Bhubaneswar for Diwali and we're hesitant about renting cars because of festive season but we recieved a car at a very reasonable rate. The car was in prime condition and was very smooth to drive while the registration process was also brief and no hassle. The handover was easy too. Overall it was a smooth experience, would definitely recommend again!

We booked an Ertiga for 4 days from Bhubaneswar. The vehicle was delivered on time and in perfect condition. It was clean vehicle and proper working of air con, music system etc. The security deposit was refunded timely within 12 hrs.

Overall, it is has been a convenient booking and budget friendly option in Bhubaneswar.

The services provided by drivo rental is quite nice and my experience with it is always comfortable. I have also compared with other companies but drivo is cheap and pocket friendly for the people like us. Also the staff behavior is quite impressive as they quickly solve the problem faced by me during booking . Further you can also get your security money refund within a couple of days........

I have never come across such a fraudulent service in my entire life I am 100 percent sure who ever has given more than 3 star rating, those reviews are manipulated. These guys don't know how to do business at all. It's better to book zoomcar rather than using Drivo.

Service is excellent as promised. One important suggestion would like to make to company is that Fastag on the vehicle should have money for seamless travel on the toll gates to avoid extra penalty charges. This should not be left to the customer for recharge. At the time of returning the vehicle the statement of the fast tag should be charged from the security deposit or otherwise.
