I used Ecopool pool cab for my travel from Ranchi to Giridih. It was overall a good experience. Driver behaviour was good. The only cons I have is the cab came 1 hour late for the pickup at Ranchi which they said due to traffic it got late.

Service and pricing is really good but I faced same issue on both my bookings. At the end of the trip driver demanded extra money saying he traveled extra kilometres while the traveling distance was less than what I paid for. Drivers are a bit unprofessional but I'm happy with services by the booking office's end.
