Complaint for car not starting at 14:25, I was informed that the mechanic will reach in 30 minutes. I called again at 15:20, I was informed the mechanic is on its way. I again called at 15:45 and was told that the mechanic will be there in max 25 minutes. I called up after another hour at 16:45, I was now told there is no ETA now as the car which was suppose to come has breakdown and there will somebody coming today itself. This is on my first complaint made. Its 17:00 and no mechanic yet...worst ever service.

The most horrible service ever provided. These guys boast of 30 min on road assistance. When i actually needed help, they could not reach me even after 2 hours with various excuses. Firstly I had to call them atleast 15 times with no followup from them. On Calling them they came up with lame excuses like Mechanic is not answering the phone. this went on for and one and half hour. After which the guy said, he will arrange another mechanic for me who never showed up for the next 45 min. On calling them back again, the guy said he is sorry , the mechanic cant come today as his bike broke down. What RUBBISH...These guys should shut down the business if they cant manage...whats the point making commitments and getting paid for that and not doing a job at all..shameless cheaters.. Would not recommend this to any one...Its a total waste of money...

I would not recommend anyone to use RACE CAR HELPLINE.
Not only are the customer care and customer support personnel extremely rude, they do not provide any concrete answers regarding the timeline.
I would like to share the incident that led to me to the aforementioned conclusion.
I had a minor car break down (car had a flat/puncture) on 13 Aug 2014 in the Noida Sector 62 Area. I reported the incident at 8:15-8:25 AM. I was told that the technician would be coming in <30 MIns.
After 45 odd mins had passed, I called again and was told that the technician was en-route. After another 30 Mins, I called and was told that there was some issue with the system and the request was never registered and I should place another request, which I did. I was again told that the technician would come in <30 MIns.
Now the same story as above was repeated, the only difference was the excuse, this time I was told that the technician car that was supposed to come to assist me had broken down and it would take another 30 Mins.
When I called after 30 odd mins, i was told that the technicians was in Sector 16 and it would take another 15 mins. When i called after 15 mins, i was asked to wait for another 15 mins. This happened 4-5 times.
Finally when i spoke with a firmer tone, I was told that there was no technician available as all the cars that were available had broken down and only 1 car was operational, which would reach me after servicing other complaints. When i asked for an ETA, i was told anywhere between another 4-6 Hours and possibly not today.

This was the first time that I had used their service and I can only thank my stars that the contract I entered in will expire in few months.
PLEASE DO NOT USE RACE, THERE ARE OTHER BETTER AND CHEAPER ALTERNATIVES OUT THERE.

Twice the same experience!! Bad , Pathetic , worst to start with. They make all the false promises to get the membership. First and foremost they make you wait for at least 2 hours to 3.5 hours( against the promise to reach us in 30 mins.) Secondly they over charge the rates for the parts to be replaced. Talking to them is another thing which make you feel why have u called them at the time emergency. Being a lady driver the most important is to get immediate help but my experience with them is really bad. I will not recommend RACE CAR service to anybody, please do try some other options before fixing at one.

VERY VERY PATHETIC COMPANY. They seem to be a totally fraud company to just collect money & sell stickers of RACE. Twice I needed their service in last 2 months, waited for 2 hours, but no one turned up even after two hours. Keep calling them again & again & they come up with new excuses. Their final reply is: please wait for 30 minutes, and they keep you waiting & waiting and no one turns up. There are no seniors to lodge any complaint. DONOT waste your money on them at all.

this is the worst car helpline in Delhi and NCR. They commits to provide service in 15 minutes but not even turn up after three hours. Their helpline representatives never connects customers with senior staff for complaint. Beware from them

Worst service ever ...... Faced this more than 3 times. While they offer membership they say in case of any breakdown service will per provided within 15 20 mins but when actually it happens with you and you call them they always give 45 50 min waiting time which gets extended to 1.5 hour for mechanic to reach you....

I have been trying to contact them since 2 days but no one is bothered here to take your call. Fed-up with their no response on calls. There is no alternate channel to place your request for help.
