Voler Car

Great customer service. Fleet of well maintained cars, topped with best in class service. They answered all the queries well and delivery was on time. Unlike other car rental companies Voler do not have any hidden terms and conditions like number of km driven or any other extra cost. They even refund state taxes if paid for more than month. We were a bit late in returning the car but they didn't charge extra. In fact the executive who came to collect the vehicle waited for 20-25 min till we booked a taxi home and boarded it. Looking at some negative reviews i thought of not choosing Voler but there were positive reviews as well on many social platforms. I must say they are really doing a good. Booked Swift for Delhi location, Support staff & operations team was very much supportive. Even when i got late a bit due to fog, i wans't charged anything.. Refund has been processed in time. Will definitely try again whenever i plan my next trip...

Pathetic. These people a no better than crooks. For the 2 out 3 times I have had a issue with them. First they did not deliver the right car and when we refused to accept the different car they cancelled our booking and also deducted a fee. After a lot of escalation I got my money back.
The next time I had to inquire if the booking was successful even though they sent through a message confirming the booking, they said the car can't be delivered because the documents are not proper. Since I did not have the exact documents at hand I asked if a copy of my PAN card would do (they already had my driver license). They refused to budget even though they had already acknowledged the booking. Again they are deducting 20% even though it's their fault.
Very very poor customer service and support.

FRAUDS. These people are frauds. They hadn't refunded my money for a month at all until I asked for it. And even then they took a long time. Happened with me twice. Their cars are also the worst. Not maintained at all. Never booking with them again. Their customer care is also third class. These pictures were taken while receiving the car. They hadn't even cleaned it. The stepney didn't have a screw. So the tyre was constantly bouncing and could come off any moment.

Me and my family are very satisfied after taking the car from the Voler. They are ready anytime for any kind of help. Would love to book a car again and again.Had a lovely trip. We love the services of Voler. Thank you Voler for such a wonderful services and we love your work.

I made a booking with Voler at 2am today for a swift car amount Rs. 4356 for the duration May 9 (12 Noon) to May 11 (12 Noon). I was charged at the same time and also recieve the confirmation mail for the same, but when i make call to the customer service at 11am for the confirmation they told me that the booking is cancelled. This is not my problem if voler cancel the booking, such a ridiculous service.

Recently I was in Delhi for some work purpose. As i don't prefer traveling by cabs so i needed a self driven car service instead. I had some other company names in my mind. Then someone
suggested me about this Voler car service. First i was little
unsure but still gave it a try. Outcome was surprisingly good.
I called them several times whenever i faced any problem. The
the customer help desk is really nice and cooperative. One of
the staffs who helped me a lot is, I think her name was Suchandra..

tagline should be Worst nightmare self drive company all over the world. Dont ever book from them.

Big fraud company

Earlier on 8th May,2018 I had booked a Mahindra Scorpio from Voler cars for self drive trip. Due to unforeseen conditions, the booking got cancelled and Voler cars promised me to refund full amount of 16279/- in 10-15 business days. But now, it's been more than a month and I'm still waiting for my refund. I contacted them several times over the chat and emails and but still no avail. Everytime I call them, they just say that due to technical glitch the payment could not be processed from their end and they need 7-10 business days more. Also, there's no supervisor on the floor, ever available to take responsibility of such situations and give assurance. Therefore, I'm sure that they have no intention of returning the money.
