The next time I had to inquire if the booking was successful even though they sent through a message confirming the booking, they said the car can't be delivered because the documents are not proper. Since I did not have the exact documents at hand I asked if a copy of my PAN card would do (they already had my driver license). They refused to budget even though they had already acknowledged the booking. Again they are deducting 20% even though it's their fault.
Very very poor customer service and support.

I called them several times whenever i faced any problem. The

Big fraud company
Earlier on 8th May,2018 I had booked a Mahindra Scorpio from Voler cars for self drive trip. Due to unforeseen conditions, the booking got cancelled and Voler cars promised me to refund full amount of 16279/- in 10-15 business days. But now, it's been more than a month and I'm still waiting for my refund. I contacted them several times over the chat and emails and but still no avail. Everytime I call them, they just say that due to technical glitch the payment could not be processed from their end and they need 7-10 business days more. Also, there's no supervisor on the floor, ever available to take responsibility of such situations and give assurance. Therefore, I'm sure that they have no intention of returning the money.
