Thank you zoomcar. Cars and offers are always great. However the customer care team has been the worst so far. Instead of improving, it is degrading day by day. From long waiting time to connect to the customer care executive, to the kind of resolution they provide, everything became horrible at present. Once I delivered the care late by 15 min, they charged me 300 bugs. Recently I got the car late by 1 hr, nothing has been compensated. They don't even reply to your emails. There are no escalation levels, no alternate to get things done like other brands have. So guys, think before you book a zoomcar!!

Car got cancelled at the time of delivery. They dint even told us on that the car isn't available until we called saveral times and waiting for 2.5 hours.
