Worst experience booking Zoomcar! Firstly the app charged me 1300 extra than what it was shown in the booking page and when I completed the trip, the app showed outstanding amount of Rs 300. From the limit of 575 kms given to me I only run 542 kms exactly, returned the car 90 mins before my trip end time and still I was told to pay extra for that. Basically, once you book Zoomcar, they ensure to steal all your money and fallen into their web. The biggest red flag is no customer support available to the customers to address any issues. If anyone have a problem, just email is available. Would never recommend anyone to use Zoomcar and will ensure I spread the word to all my friends and network about Zoomcar's predatory practice to rip down customers by adding additional unvalid charges to their throat.

Very bad experience. First we had to pick up from a random location and then when we got there, we couldn't find the keys inside the car. The customer care took almost half an hour to get back. faced other issues as well. Very bad service. Never book
