It is very helpful for one who wish to drive a car at cheeper rates. All types of cars are avaliable here. Attendants are cordial here. Cars are in good condition. There is a lot of demand to these cars in Guntur. Book in advance drive comfortably.

Here iam giving one star bcz there is no star less than them , zoom car services worst and not keep their word& they change sevices frequently. continously irritating customers & these car services at poor condition & services are totally disgusted the customers

we hair tata tiago for morning 8 to evening 8
but its engine maintenance is very bad
1. AC is not working
2. After driving 90 km without AC smoke emit from engine

They have given us very bad condition car and when it ran out of fuel they told us to fill it and we will get a refund but for ₹800 diesel they just gave us ₹160

BEWARE OF ZOOM CARS.

In my opinion, I should insist Google to include negative ratings as well, which would have been of great help to rate the amazing, unbelievable and unparalleled services of Zoom Cars.

With my experience with Zoom Cars, I had already suggested about 20 of my friends to neither to trust nor to use the services of Zoom cars, as they are no less that online frauds, for that is what I have experienced, so far.

I had tried to post a letter, that I had written to Zoom Cars, but couldn't, due to character limitations. Any one who would like to read that ping me, with their email id, I will send you that, which describes the whole events.

Remember,
1. They are interested in the car only, not the passengers.
2. Their policies are so designed that the customer is at fault, despite the condition of the vehicles or the promises they make.

The worst experience I have ever had. The cars are in worst condition. Booked a Tiago in Vijayawada and have suffered much. Please do not trust this agency.
