Absolutely phenomenal service! We rented 2 cabs for 4 days during our trip to Darjeeling. The quality of the cars was fantastic, service was prompt and drivers were very polite & highly skilled. We rarely needed to speak to the owner but when we did due to an unforeseen reason, he was very easily accessible and super quick to act. Can’t recommend this agency enough!

What a Agency! We didn't find out a single mistake to make complain. Everytime reporting time, car quality, driver behaviour just 100 out of 100. Even they follow up everyday how we are enjoying our trip.

The drivers Bablu da and Babai Da both were well equipped drivers. Did not face any problem. The journey was hassle-free absolutely. This was my first expedition with Gourik Cab Services. I would recommend to avail there cab services whenever you are planning for an outdoor trip. We had availed the cab services twice in the past 1 month when I travelled with my family to Darjeeling from NJP. The cab provided was in good shape and the behaviour of the driver was good as well.

That they accept online payment is a big plus and respond very swiftly to one's queries.

Their service is exceptionally good. Every car is in great condition, drivers are very friendly and polite, most importantly very very punctual. All you have to do is to ask them to provide car at your doorstep and sit back, they will do the rest. Very much recommended.
