Really had a wonderful trip for 3 days Gangtok and Darjeeling with my friends where the car service was fantastic. Driver Jyotirmoy was a fantastic, friendly and good human person who made our journey in a memorable day. We will highly recommend to this driver for any trip. Receptionist Miss Shayamoli also done good job. She also guided and answered my call whenever I needed. Thank you Jayanti travels for your amazing service.

We booked our Darjeeling & Gangtok 10 days trip with Jayanti travels. To begin with, our contact Shyamoli was of great help, very courteous and friendly! The itinerary was not clear as they mentioned local sight seeing and the drivers charged extra to go somewhere we wanted to go. And the condition of the smaller vehicle they provided for Darjeeling was horrible !! Overall was a good experience, some of the drivers exceeded our expectations!

Don't book a cab for tour purpose,i had a bad experience for our last trip for 3 days , started from NJP to TINCHULEY.They had charged extra amount for this trip however all the rates was disclosed in email. Worst behaviour of drivers and the owner. Doesn't co-operate with us .

We booked a Swift Dzire from Jayanti Travels from 14th-19th Nov 2022 (from Bagdogra to Darjeeling and nearby locations). The rental was cheaper and the car provided was in a good condition. Driver Paritosh ji was a very well-mannered and polite person and he drove very well. However for routes like Sittong and Ahaldhara he did not know the route very well but that did not cause too much inconvenience.

The owner of Jayanti Travals (Mr. Bapon Mondal )is very good person, our experience was very good as we travelled by Jayanti Travals car through out the tour, driver Manoj Adhikary was very professional, I recommend to book cars from Jayanti Travals for going to hill stations of Sikkim and west bengal

Excellent service provided by the company. Drivers are very safe and maintaining car in excellent condition. Safety and hygiene is excellent which was the differentiator for us.
