Very good and prompt service. We took a Tiago and a Swift for 3 days, both cars were in good condition. Also the caution money was refunded as soon as we returned the cars. Also the staff behavior was good.

Hassle free self drive car option in and around North Bengal. We received our vehicle on time and it was also picked up very responsibly on time. We did our own checks and the person who had come to drop and pick up the vehicle also helped us out with it. The security deposit was given back on time without any deductions as well. They have a number of vehicle choice options to select from ranging from smaller to larger vehicles.

I hired a self-drive SUV (Xylo) for a trip with my friends. Extremely satisfied with the service. The best part is that they stuck to exactly what was discussed and returned the entire deposit amount immediately when I returned the car. The car was clean and in good condition. The Airport pick-up was very punctual: I had asked for 10:15 AM and the car was there at 10:15 AM. Hassle free paper-work. And off I went. No questions asked.
Just that the 140 KM daily limit would be a problem anywhere outside the Dooars and the Hills. I would request them to remove the limit so that we also get a little flexibility and peace of mind.

We got the car we had booked on time delivered at the Airport, neat and clean. The car was in great condition and their service was immaculate. Must recommended if you wanna hire a car from Siliguri.

P.S - Handle the car with care & give them back in a condition better than you had taken (My personal suggestion as this would definitely boost the company and their confidence to operate). Airport transfers cost you extra. Fuel is all yours. And so is the safety.
