It's a very very bad services "SNEMITA PARIBAHAN" has provided. We have book a ticket from Digha to Barrackpore 2 days prior but they have allocated the same to another person as well.

They have forced us to off board from the bus by harrasment and the behaviour of the stuffs was very rude.
