It was a wonderful experience for me. All your arrangements were up to the mark. Your rates are minimum which is very helpful to each customer.
Though there was a problem (the driver of bolero cancelled the booking at last moment) you handle it swiftly and efficiently.

The drivers were cooperative, polite and friendly. But you have to discuss with bolero driver on that issue which I already told you.
In addition thanks for your support and prompt response.

Very unprofessional attitude. We needed a cab on 21/10/2020, Mr. Bikash Barat spoke to me on 10/10/2020 and that he will fo the confirmation formalities on 15/10/2020. On 15th morning, I called him up for doing the needful, he told he will call vack after 2 minutes, then after there is no call from him. I have benn calling him several times but, no responce.

Please avoid their service, otherwise there may any last moment problem.

We took their car Mahindra Marazzo from Bankura to Durgapur airport. The car was in new condition and well maintained. The driver was also very professional and punctual. I have been availing their service from past 2-3 years. Overall satisfying service at affordable cost. Keep it up👍

Pathetic experience. The cab never turned up on time and the driver was super rude. Spoiled the overall mood to travel. The cab was smelly n had malfunctioning!!
