If u r thinking of renting a car call them and sit back. I've personally rented car from them on 10-12 occasions till date. Rate is very reasonable. Even on these days when oil prices are soaring high they have kept their rates within the common people's reach. All their drivers I've come in contact with are very sober, soft-spoken. The owner Mr. Snehasish Banerjee is himself a gentleman and stays in the loop throughout the journey.
One thing I would like to suggest them is to be more punctual. A 7:00 a.m. should mean a 7:00 a.m. Well, they have improved remarkably on this issue from before but even a minute late is a late. Why keep a flaw in such a good service? 🙂

I had an early flight and was supposed to travel by local train and then share cab to airport. Due to some agenda, the local train got cancelled and Banerjee ontime Car rental agency came to my rescue. They were on time and dropped me safely to aiport an hour before.The driver was friendly, polite and top of that I wasnt charged more than nominal fare. A good choice for all Hooghly district residents.

I had travelled with my family from Chandannagar to NSCBI airport on 20 Nov 21. The service was absolutely impeccable. The driver arrived 15 minutes beforehand to expedite the setting of luggage. Very polite and accommodative. There was no overspeeding yet we reached the destination before scheduled time. Will surely avail their services on future trips.

I have so far used their services twice, once from Chandannagar to Kolkata and to mandarmani.
I am extremely satisfied with their entire handling of the process. I will try to list a few pros and cons.
Pros:-

3) The billing is super transparent and economical.
4) PET FRIENDLY CARS
5)The drivers are extremely polite with safe driving

CONS:-
Only one disadvantage I found, the quality and cleanliness of the car should be a bit more well maintained

Building trust, flexibility, behaviour to customer are in my opinion, important factors for sustainability of any brand. Banerjee Ontime car rental, has impressed me on all three with my first business. In a town like Chandannagr providing such commitment is hard, specially turning up in a in short interval of festive season, like Durga Puja, where demand is always high. Not only they provide a good comfortable car in a short notice, they also provide a well behaved and courteous driver, who was flexible. I had elderly people in the car and driver Uttam was very courteous and took care of us very well. Very good experience. I would like to say good luck for future endevours and looking forward to do more business with Banerjee On time!
